BEFORE START

Before You Start

The entire process is completed in the user panel. The marketing pages explain the service and routes, while your account, plan, client downloads and subscription details are managed in one place. This helps prevent copying expired addresses from different pages and makes it easier to update plan status and route lists later.

Before you begin, make sure the current device can open the VPNHJ user panel, and prepare a memorable username and a password that you do not reuse elsewhere. VPNHJ does not require an email address; account recovery and everyday sign-ins depend on credentials you save yourself, so do not leave your password only in a temporary browser page. Store it in a trusted password manager, and keep the subscription link separately from the password.

If you already have an account, skip to “Choose a Plan” or “Get Your Subscription.” If you have not decided between a monthly subscription and a data package, there is no need to study protocol details first. Estimate your typical monthly usage and choose a billing model; compare routes and protocols after the import is complete. For the design trade-offs of direct routes, relays, IEPL dedicated lines and individual protocols, see Protocol and Route Technical Reference later.

Account
ACCOUNT

Create an Account and Enter the Panel

Open the account creation page, enter a username and password, and submit the form as instructed. No email address is required. The username is used for future sign-ins, while the password protects the account; after both are submitted, you will enter the user panel. If the username is already taken, choose another recognizable combination and submit again—there is no need to return to the marketing homepage and start over.

After entering the panel, first confirm that the username shown at the top or in the account area is the one you just created. Then locate the account overview, plan, client download and support ticket sections in the navigation. You only need to know where they are for now. The account overview shows subscription status and data usage, the plan area handles orders, the download area provides clients for each platform, and the ticket area is for issues you cannot resolve yourself.

It is normal for the account not to have an active subscription yet. The next step is to choose a plan. Do not copy a subscription link from another user or import someone else’s configuration into your client; each account’s subscription should come from its own user panel. Account credentials and subscription links are private information. Sharing them publicly can expose your route list and usage status to unrelated people.

Haven’t created an account yet? Start from the panel entry, then continue to choose a plan.

Plan
PLAN

Choose a Plan and Complete Payment

Open the Plans section in the panel and distinguish between monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. They suit steady usage and users who want a fresh allowance each month. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted according to the remaining days, so check the expiry information and adjustment shown in the panel before upgrading.

Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. They are better suited to irregular usage or months when demand is lower. When comparing plans, consider not only the total data but also whether you prefer a fixed monthly budget or a long-lasting allowance purchased once. Both billing models support unlimited devices, but devices on the same account share the same data allowance.

After choosing a plan, check the price, data allowance and term on the plan card, then pay with Alipay, WeChat or USDT. Return to the account overview after payment and confirm that the plan status has updated. If it still shows the previous status, reload the account overview first rather than repeatedly creating the same order. If the status remains unclear, record the order status and ask through the support ticket entry in the user panel.

VPNHJ offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for eligibility and instructions. This basic guide does not cover billing details; for a full comparison of monthly subscriptions, data packages, upgrade rules and payment methods, visit the pricing page.

The Plans section shows currently available options and the plans already associated with your account.

Subscription
SUBSCRIPTION

Get Your Subscription Link from the User Panel

Once the plan is active, open the account overview. Confirm that the plan is available, then find the subscription details section. The panel provides an option to copy the subscription or import it into a client. Use the copy button to obtain the complete content instead of selecting only the visible portion with the mouse. Subscription links are often long, and one missing character can prevent the client from updating.

The subscription link may resemble the example below, but the actual content must come from your own user panel. The domain and token in the example are for demonstration only and cannot be used to connect:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

After copying the link, do not post it in public discussions, screenshots or shared documents. A subscription link is effectively a credential that lets a client read the route list. If you suspect someone else has obtained it, return to the user panel to check the subscription status and ask through a support ticket what to do instead of repeatedly importing the old content on multiple devices.

Next, open the client download area for your platform. Client installers and import entries should be obtained from the user panel; this page does not provide static installer addresses. This ensures that the instructions match your account status. Keep the subscription link you just copied—the next step uses it inside the client.

Confirm the status in the account overview and copy your own subscription details.

CLIENT IMPORT

Import on Each Platform

First choose your current system in the client download area of the user panel. Install the client, then open it; do not download a similarly named installer from search results. Interfaces vary by platform, but the core actions are the same: add a subscription, paste the link, refresh the route list and choose a route.

Windows

Choose the Windows client in the panel’s download area, complete the installation as prompted and launch it. On first launch, look for an entry such as “Add Subscription” or “Subscription Management” on the main screen or in configuration management. When creating a remote subscription, name it VPNHJ, then paste and save the complete link copied from the account overview.

Run one update after saving. Normally, the client will show a list organized by region or route type. Start with a nearby region rather than changing protocol details immediately. Enable the system proxy or connection switch on the client’s main screen, then follow this guide’s connection verification steps.

macOS

Choose the macOS client entry in the panel and complete the required installation and authorization. After opening the client, look for the import function in the menu bar icon, configuration page or subscription management page. Choose Import from Link, paste the complete subscription address and give the configuration an easy-to-recognize name.

After importing, refresh the configuration before selecting a route. On the first connection, the system may ask permission to let the client add a network configuration. Read the prompt and confirm that the action comes from the newly installed VPNHJ client entry. Once the connection switch is enabled, do not immediately quit the client process, or the system network settings may be restored.

Android

Choose Android in the panel’s download area and obtain the installation entry using the method provided there. After launching the client, choose Import from URL on the configuration or subscription page, paste the subscription link into the address field and save it. If the client offers both QR-code and link import, this workflow uses link import first so you can check that the full link was copied.

After the update succeeds, choose a region and connect. When the system creates the network configuration for the first time, it will show an authorization prompt; confirm it so the client can handle network requests on the device. If the connection drops after switching networks, return to the client and reconnect instead of deleting and adding the subscription again.

iOS

Select iOS in the user panel and follow its instructions to obtain a compatible client from the system app store. After installation, open subscription management or remote configuration, choose Add from Link, paste the subscription address from the account overview and save it. Do not open the subscription link directly in the system browser; use the entry inside the client.

The first connection will trigger system-level network configuration authorization. Confirm it, return to the client to refresh the route list, then choose a region and connect. If the route does not update after the client goes into the background, reopen the client and refresh the subscription manually; there is no need to create another panel order.

Connection
VERIFY

Connect to a Route and Verify It Works

After importing the subscription, refresh the route list once, then start testing with a nearby region. The list may include direct routes, relays and IEPL dedicated lines. Basic use does not require studying every parameter: choose a route that connects reliably, open a familiar webpage or service, observe whether it continues loading normally, and then decide whether to compare other routes.

During verification, distinguish between “connected” shown by the client and actual access working normally. A successful client switch only means that the local network configuration was created. You must also open a browser and access the target service to confirm that pages, images and sign-in requests complete normally. If the browser still reflects the previous connection state, close the existing page and reopen it, or reload the current page.

The same account supports unlimited devices. To configure another device, repeat the process of getting the client from the panel, copying the subscription and importing it into the client; there is no need to create a new account for each device. Remember that multiple devices share the plan’s data allowance. Disconnect a device when it is not in use to reduce data consumed by background updates and automatic synchronization.

After the first successful verification, keep one stable route for regular use and choose another route of a different type as a backup. During localized network fluctuations, switching routes is usually more effective than deleting and reinstalling the client. Begin troubleshooting only when the subscription cannot update, the client repeatedly fails to establish a configuration or the account status is abnormal.

Troubleshooting
TROUBLESHOOTING

What to Check When a Connection Fails

If the client shows no route list, return to the account overview and confirm the plan status, then check that the subscription was copied in full. Run an update in the client instead of clicking Connect immediately. If the subscription update fails, delete the item that failed to import and copy it again from the panel; do not edit characters in the link manually.

If the route list appears but no route connects, try another route in the same region, then compare direct routes, relays and IEPL dedicated lines. Next, check whether another tool that modifies the network proxy is running on the system. Multiple clients controlling the network configuration can make the switch look normal while requests actually use the wrong exit. Keep the intended client connected and quit other related tools before testing again.

If the connection succeeds but some services load slowly, switch to a nearby region first, then compare different route types. Do not change the route, protocol, system network and browser settings all at once, or it will be difficult to tell what helped. Changing one variable at a time makes diagnosis easier—this is the only genuinely geeky habit worth keeping from this guide.

If the issue persists, visit the Help Center and review the categories for accounts and subscriptions, connections and troubleshooting, speed and routes, or billing and refunds. When submitting a ticket, provide the current system, the error shown by the client, the selected region and the steps you have tried. Do not submit your account password or complete subscription link. For protocol setup speed, resource usage, mobile battery behavior and route topology, see the Protocol and Route Technical Reference instead; these details are not needed during basic installation.
